How many students are there in one batch?
There are approximately 10 to 15 students in each batch.
How much weight can be reduced in one month?
We do it in a healthy way and do not follow any crash dieting etc. One can lose approximately 3 to 4 kg of weight every month with us if he/she is consistent.
Can we change the workout time whenever needed or it is fixed?
Yes, you have the flexibility to attend classes at your convenience at any of the times, no issues with that. Our main aim is that you be regular on workouts.
Do you provide trial classes?
Yes, we do provide a one-day free trial class.
What workouts do you provide in these classes?
It’s a complete workout program for keeping every aspect of our body, aging process, and fat loss challenges in the form of Dance Workout and Yoga.
We do provide training for Face Yoga and Kid's yoga
How many days classes are conducted in a week?
In all time slots classes are conducted from Monday to Friday.
Do you provide a general diet plan or is it customized?
We do provide a generic diet plan as per your need and will do regular follow up and keep changing the diet plan every month.
